Private beach with sunbathing lawn, boathouse with room for 5 boats, jetty, Stand Up Paddle boards for our guests, on Lake Afritz. The lake with drinking water quality mountain water where you can fish, swim, surf and do all the water sports you want, right on our doorstep.

If you have your own boat, SUP boards or surfboard, you can park them safely in our boathouse after consultation.

Enjoy the view from the sun loungers with parasols of the mountains surrounding the lake, typical Austrian nature at its finest.
